CAI applications should be designed where the learners have control over the pace of their learning. The use of sign language furthers the reading competence of deaf people and enhances their acceptance and understanding of learning content presented to them. This paper focuses on determining on how e-Filipino Sign Language (FSL) can aid the deaf and mute students by implementing daily learning materials and assessments. Abstract
