Stylistic tendencies turn out to be important for the interpretation of the creative method of both the artist and the director as the basic criteria for creating a single artistic whole. This chapter is devoted to the thematic content of the author's course «History of theatrical and decorative art», studied at theater universities in acting and directing directions.
