Video channel testing in digital satellite network for TV program distribution

Abstract

Classification of digital signal garbling, as well as proposals on developing new measuring signals and computer systems for measurement of video channel parameters of a complex digital-to-analog television chain are submitted. The connection between the problem of signal quality control and the problem of digital television ecology is shown.
