Abstract

The process of the components aerodynamic characteristics determination of the missile airframe is one of the decisive processes in the missile design. So far, there are several methods of aerodynamic characteristics determination, each of them has its own properties and is often used in different stages of the missile airframe design. The article explores and analyzes the properties of some commonly used methods. For clarifying their applicability, a few available comparisons of the aerodynamic characteristic values that were calculated by using these methods are also presented in the article. In addition, the article applies a method to determine the aerodynamic characteristics of a particular airfoil and compare it with available data.
导弹结构部件气动特性测定的基本方法分析
