Abstract
Abstract—This paper considers the application of KuttaJoukowski law for description of a number of phenomenon inherent to biological cells in the framework of Rosen biological optimality theory. The applicability of this approach to model artificial cells is demonstrated and the possible application of similarity theory together with dimensional theory for this purpose is also outlined.
