Abstract

The design features of the semicustom differential amplifiers (op-amps) and differential difference operational amplifiers (DDA) with paraphase output ICs, which are implemented on the base of IP modules of the new radiation-hardened BiFET structured array MH2XA010, are considered. It is noted, that signal converters of this class has high noise-immunity when operating in conditions of the common-mode noises. The perspective and new connection circuits of DDA with paraphase output as drivers of differential communication lines are given.
