Abstract

At present, there are still some practical problems in the structure and operation mechanism of the teaching quality monitoring system in applied undergraduate colleges and universities, and there is no consensus on the solutions. The author believes that to build a quality monitoring system for application-oriented talent training, it is necessary to establish the concept of integrating subject education and vocational education, and innovate the training model of applied talent. 地方应用型本科院校转型背景下教学质量保障与监控体系的研究与实践
目前,应用型本科院校教学质量监控体系的结构和运行机制还存在一些现实问题,解决方法尚未达成共识。笔者认为,构建应用型人才培养质量监控体系,需要树立学科教育与职业教育相结合的理念,创新应用型人才培养模式。还要树立人才培养全过程的质量控制理念,制定教学质量标准,建立与服务地方经济发展相适应的监控体系。抓住应用型人才培养与监控的关键环节,拓宽教学质量评价与分析的广度和深度。探索教学质量的监控、调控和反馈机制,将是不断提高教学质量和人才质量的有效保证
