Our solution for this problem uses the Hough transform which employs the slope-intercept parameter space. In this paper we investigate the performance of Hough transform-based detector for HRR RADAR signals, in the presence of Weibull and Rayleigh distributed clutter for non-fluctuating and four types of Swerling targets we also consider the effect of the velocity of target and number of pulses.
