Abstract

DGTD (Discontinuous Galerkin Time Domain) is a widely used electromagnetic algorithm. It is usually modeled by tetrahedron or hexahedron, but there is a limitation in using one mesh alone. When using a tetrahedron, there are too many unknowns. If a hexahedron is used, the fitting performance to the target is poor. This paper proposes a hybrid grid modeling DGTD algorithm, which divides the computational domain into tetrahedral subdomains and hexahedral subdomains, and sets the swap boundary transfer information at the intersection of different subdomains. 混合网格的DGTD算法研究
