Abstract
For the research of asteroid surface modeling technology and electromagnetic scattering simulation, the asteroid surface model based on midpoint displacement method is established. The physical optics method is applied in electromagnetic scattering from simulated asteroid surface. The different terrain conditions of radar echo are compared and the study has established the basic simulation platform for further research on asteroid exploration.
