The Eastern Partnership. Towards a More Secure Eastern Europe

Abstract

This article depicts the current security environment in the Eastern Partnership region. The analysis is based on the four basic principles of action for diplomacy – reality, strength, readiness to solve problems and progress – coined by a former United States Secretary of State George P. Shultz. The opinions, findings and conclusions expressed herein are those of the author and do not necessarily reflect those of the National Security Bureau of the Republic of Poland.
