In the field of education, innovation is an alternative solution to achieve maximum learning outcomes for learners. In order to create learning innovation, the development of practicum guides equipped with video as a learning media is considered to be able to solve problems in the learning process. This research aims to present practicum guides equipped with practice videos on regulatory system material as a valid and practical for class XI high school. The development model used in this research is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subject of this research were students of class XI MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 2 Makassar with 2 biology teachers and 30 students. Data collection uses validation and response questionnaires of teachers and students. Validation questionnaire to see the validity of the practicum guide equipped with practice videos filled inby two expert validators. The teacher's response questionnaire and the student's response to see the practicalities of the practicum guide equipped with practice videos. The results of data analysis, the validity of practicum guide equipped with practice videos on regulatory system materials fall into the category of valid, and practicality of practicum guide equipped with practice videos on regulatory system material fall into the category of very practical from teacher response average and practical students response average. 生物学习创新通过发展的专题指南为高中提供实用视频
