Abstract

The main purpose of the study is to find solutions that allow to meet the requirements of improving the technological process of manufacturing microelectromechanical systems in the conditions of changing customer requirements to the range of operating conditions and provide control of such processes. The result is aimed at achieving better quality and competitiveness of the customer’s products. The task related to the development of methods to ensure the quality of microelectromechanical systems through the control of the manufacturing process of manufacturing on the example of autosliding micromechanical accelerometer is set and solved.
