Abstract
Most designs of dielectric planar lenses mainly rely on the waveguide effect of high-aspect-ratio nanostructures. We demonstrate the design of high-efficiency, high-numerical-aperture, and low-aspect-ratio planar lenses for visible light, based on TiO2 Huygens resonators.
