Concept of social agent-based cycling monitoring system for smart city

Abstract

The article considers the approach to the use of cyclists activity monitoring mobile app in order to identify priority areas of building appropriate infrastructure as a promising aspect of a smart city. A software architecture, which reflects the possibility of constructing a system for social agent-based monitoring is suggested.
