Peculiarities of risk assessment that arise in the process of public-private partnership are studied. A matrix of risks of clean energy projects within the framework of public-private partnership, which are objective and subjective, has been developed. Abstract
The article considers the conceptual basis of public-private partnership in the field of clean energy projects. It is determined that clean energy projects correspond as much as possible to concession and lease forms of public-private partnership cooperation.
