The analysis of the current state of the domestic trade highlights the issues of staffing. The level of the trade personnel qualifications depends on the quality of professional education. The entrants' assessment has confirmed their rising interest in the educational program “Tradebusiness”. The three-level system of education is aimed at improving the quality of human resources capacity for trade by the implementation of continuous education.
