Abstract

Este trabalho tem por objeto o estudo do exercício do controle externo do Poder Executivo pelo vereador, com ênfase na caracterização da importância da função para a proteção do erário. Neste contexto, procurou-se demonstrar que o controle externo do Poder Executivo é função-dever essencial e inerente à vereança, sendo imprescindível a dedicação do vereador para o seu pleno exercício.

EXERCISE OF EXTERNAL CONTROL BY THE SEEKER AS AN INSTRUMENT OF PROTECTION OF THE STATE MONEY

Abstract: The objective of this work is the study of the external control of the executive power by the councilor, with emphasis on the characterization of the importance of the function for and the protection of the treasury. In this context, it was tried to demonstrate that the external control of the Executive Power is an essential duty and inherent to the councilor activity, being indispensable the councilman’s dedication for its full exercise.
