Abstract

In today's society with the rapid development of information technology, the application of information technology in the classroom is more and more extensive, however, although some schools in Inner Mongolia have information technology conditions but teacher information teaching ability is very limited, teacher teaching design ability to apply information technology integration is not high. So we have trained teachers in some regions through mixed training. This study mainly applies the improved Flanders coding system and GSEQ software to analyze and compare the changes of teachers' teaching ability before and after the training, to see whether their teaching design ability has improved and realize the teaching mode of learning evaluation integration.
技术支持下的科研共同体提升小学教师信息教学能力的案例研究
在信息技术飞速发展的当今社会,信息技术在课堂上的应用越来越广泛,然而,内蒙古部分学校虽然具备信息技术条件但教师信息化教学能力却十分有限,教师应用信息技术的教学设计能力也不高。所以我们在一些地区通过混合培训来培训教师。本研究主要运用改进后的Flanders编码系统和GSEQ软件,分析比较培训前后教师教学能力的变化,看教师的教学设计能力是否有提高,实现学评一体化的教学模式。
