The proposed single element is designed to operate in Ku-band with the center frequency $(f_{r})$ of 12.50 GHz for the application of Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) (12.2-12.7GHz) systems like Direct-2-Home (DTH). The motif has been scaled by 50%, pasted in the optimum place inside the structure and etched it to make the tree-shaped fractal antenna. Wilkinson power divider with equal magnitude is imposed to design the feed network of the two-element linear array. The single element and the array maintains a gain of 7.64 and 9.76 dB respectively.
