Abstract

In the last 15 years, on-line and mobile systems have become major payment instruments for various transactions. The transformation of on- and off-line trade has occurred owing to technological evolution on the Internet, the fast growth of social media, and increased consumer use of mobile devices. The money flow would be still the chief in multitudinous regions, accounting for around 90 percent of all defrayments in several countries of developing. Intrinsically, this is a prominent issue to grasp the crucial determinants of mobile application defrayment acceptance. Additionally, the crucial factors were found in this paper, which affects the adoption of these various types of mobile payments. Through the review of previous studies, we analyzed the development of a consumer behavioral model that explains consumer’s intention and continuance to use mobile payment. The outcome and novelty of this study lie in the formulation of different consumer’s behavior according to the use of consumers to each of the proposed payment tools and skills. The conclusions and implications of this paper with main significances for the explanation, praxis, and management provide alternatives for companies in the future.
