Abstract

This paper expounds the 3D reconstruction of triangle tiles from complex contours based on drill data. Focusing on some existing problems and crucial techniques such as calculation of centroid, identical manipulation toward directions of contours, embranchment treatment, and finding of relatively optimized 3D surfaces, a detailed solution is put forward. The experiment result and the feasibility of the 3D modeling method are presented.
