Abstract

Purpose. Improving the efficiency of the air purification process through the use of the created design and determining the rational parameters of the luminescent ultraviolet bactericidal air recirculator for livestock buildings. 畜舍空气净化用紫外杀菌再循环器的研制
目的。通过对畜舍用发光紫外线杀菌空气再循环器的设计和合理参数的确定,提高了空气净化过程的效率。采用分析方法、数学建模方法和工程方法计算辐照装置。分析了紫外线杀菌装置在农业场所空气环境净化消毒中的应用方法。已建立的UVB辐射和臭氧对畜舍空气中致病菌群和有害杂质的影响机理得到证实。确定了中波空气再循环器的接地设计、工程计算方法和技术参数。制作了禽舍空气中波循环器的实验样品,并介绍了其生产试验结果。UVB循环转化器采用装机容量为180w、空气容量为1800m3 /h的UVB发光灯具,杀菌效率为75%,采用容积为1000m3 /h的UVB循环转化器杀菌效率为90%。关键词:循环、紫外线、杀菌、臭氧、空气净化、消毒、畜舍小气候
