E-Business Technology (EBT) plays a vital role in teaching students how to interact with information and communication technology and identify what is new from it to use in the new needs of business, whether its industries or customer service in order to facilitate all operations and procedures. It is worth noting that in modern business, information and knowledge are considered commodities of intangible strategic value, y because it increases the degree of success and competitiveness.
