Abstract

Deposition parameters play a vital role in deposition of various thin films. Present paper concentrating concentration of precursor, Volume of the precursor, spray rate, nozzle to substrate distance and carrier gas pressure to synthesize the lead sulphide thin films which will be preliminary study for the synthesis of lead zinc sulphide thin films.
