Abstract

This paper proposes a new switched criterion based on minimum error rate for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems. The proposed scheme is a closed-loop MIMO system, and the tradeoff between the diversity and multiplexing gains that can simultaneously achieved over a low-rate feedback channel with limited bits. Based on this criterion, a low complexity decision algorithm is proposed.
