In the era of artificial intelligence, legal talents should pay close attention to the social reality and actively respond to the great challenges and opportunities given by artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies. With the popularization of network education, its own shortcomings have gradually emerged. This paper investigates the views of law students on the network teaching effect of law major in the era of artificial intelligence through questionnaire survey, and summarizes the survey data to find out the shortcomings of the network teaching model. Abstract

Artificial intelligence constantly puts forward new and sensitive requirements for the knowledge transmission of law discipline, focusing on the development and reform of legal education mode in the era of artificial intelligence, and realizing the perfect integration of artificial intelligence and law. 人工智能时代法律专业网络教学存在的问题及对策研究
人工智能不断对法学学科的知识传播提出新的敏感要求,关注人工智能时代法学教育模式的发展与改革,实现人工智能与法律的完美融合。新型冠状病毒疫情引发的网络教学正在改变着教师的教学方式和学生的学习方式,尤其是对法学专业教育模式的影响。在人工智能时代,法律人才应密切关注社会现实,积极应对人工智能等新兴技术带来的巨大挑战和机遇。随着网络教育的普及,其自身的不足也逐渐显现出来。本文通过问卷调查的方式,调查了人工智能时代法学专业学生对法学专业网络教学效果的看法,并对调查数据进行总结,找出网络教学模式存在的不足。针对存在的问题,本文提出了建立常态化的危机应对机制、选择激发学生学习兴趣和实施教学的方式、建立多元化的教学体系等创新策略,以期对法学专业网络教学有所改善。
