The independent variables in this study are product quality and price, while the dependent variable is consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were all active students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Makassar class of 2018, using the Sampling method, a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v. 13. The results of this study indicate that product quality (X1) partially has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction for Samsung smartphones. Price (X2) partially has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of Samsung smartphones. Abstract

本研究是一项定量研究,旨在确定产品质量和价格对三星智能手机消费者满意度的影响(以望加锡国立大学经济学院学生为例)。本研究的自变量为产品质量和价格,因变量为消费者满意度。本研究的人群均为望加锡国立大学经济学院2018级在校生,采用抽样方法,获得100名受访者的样本。使用的数据收集技术有问卷调查、文献研究和文档。使用的数据分析技术是使用统计产品和服务解决方案(SPSS) v. 13的多元线性回归分析。本研究结果表明,产品质量(X1)对三星智能手机的消费者满意度有部分显著影响。价格(X2)对三星智能手机的消费者满意度有部分显著影响。而产品质量(X1)和价格(X2)同时对三星智能手机的消费者满意度有显著影响。
