The results show that \"red cultural relics\", \"red historical sites\", \"traffic convenience of the scenic spot\", \"ticket prices for scenic spots\", \"environmental sanitation status of the scenic spot\", \"basic facilities of the scenic spot\", \"supporting services of the scenic spot\", \"tour guide service\" and \"service attitude of staff\" are the key factors affecting the satisfaction of red tourism. Abstract

Tourist satisfaction has an important impact on the sustainable development of red tourism. Using tourists' online comment data to study the tourists' satisfaction with red scenic spots and the style of travel experience can overcome the defects of questionnaire survey and other models, such as sample collection difficulties and difficulty to meet statistical requirements. 基于ISM模型的红色旅游满意度影响因素分析
游客满意度对红色旅游的可持续发展有着重要的影响。利用游客在线评论数据研究游客对红色景点的满意度和旅游体验风格,可以克服问卷调查等模型样本采集困难、难以满足统计要求等缺陷。在此基础上,本文以赣州瑞金共和国摇篮景区的在线旅游评价为研究对象,运用扎实的理论对评价文本进行编码,提取出15个核心概念类别作为影响因素,利用ISM模型分析这些影响因素之间的相互作用,构建红色旅游游客满意度层次模型,从而提取出影响红色旅游满意度的关键因素。结果表明,“红色文物”、“红色古迹”、“景点交通便利性”、“景点门票价格”、“景点环境卫生状况”、“景点基础设施”、“景点配套服务”、“导游服务”和“工作人员服务态度”是影响红色旅游满意度的关键因素。在此基础上,提出了开发红色旅游的有效建议。
