This study is a systematic literature review of the development of ICT teacher candidates. The researcher conducted a systematic review of 25 articles for the period 2009 to 2019. This study aims to discuss and investigate the use of TPACK framework to develop ICT teacher candidates. Then find out whether the development has an impact on ICT teaching in the future In particular, this literature review tries to identify the development of prospective ICT teachers from the components of the TPACK framework, knowing their readiness to integrate technology in education, their perspectives for future teaching, how they can measure TPACK development, and strategies for developing TPACK.
