The study shows no effect of the ritual dimension (X1), the ideological dimension (X2), the intellectual dimension (X3), and the dimension of experience (X4) on OCB, while the dimensions of the consequences (X5) has a considerable influence on OCB. Abstract

Religiosity is closely associated with religious activities; not only performing rituals (worship) but also on other activities. Religiosity can predict how a person's work performance is. 宗教信仰对组织公民行为的影响(以莲花赛迪雅基金会教师为例)

宗教性与宗教活动密切相关;不仅进行仪式(崇拜)，还进行其他活动。虔诚度可以预测一个人的工作表现。本研究的目的是通过五个维度来分析一个人的宗教虔诚程度;仪式、意识形态、智力、经验和后果维度，并分析宗教信仰对组织公民行为的影响。检验研究变量影响的分析工具是多元线性分析。本研究采用定性描述分析法，调查对象为三宝垄地区的教师。研究发现，仪式维度(X1)、意识形态维度(X2)、智力维度(X3)和经验维度(X4)对公民组织行为没有影响，而后果维度(X5)对公民组织行为有相当大的影响。关键词:组织公民行为;仪式维度;意识形态维度;知识维度;经验维度;结果
