Populous places like these located in the Ventanilla district (Callao), are not alien to conditions, living in unacceptable situations due to climatic factors, combined with extreme poverty and little access to communication networks; That is why it has been proposed to implement a meteorological station by incorporating wireless communication modules to establish the transmission and reception of climatic parameters. In this way, the information obtained can be sent to a center that allows its dissemination through social networks.
