Abstract

The purpose of this work is a theoretical study of the design of a micro strip ferrite valve mounted in the module for detection natural frequencies in the range of 1–4000 Hz. As a result of numerical study of the valve design, 5 modes of natural vibrations were found. In all forms of free vibrations, a magnet on a film in the form of a disk takes part. The rest of the design elements behave calmly.
模块内微带铁氧体阀设计模态分析
