Classrooms are the teaching and learning places that students interact with teachers. The results indicated that in order to strengthen teaching effects and to enhance students’ attention, basic equipment of classrooms need to be replenished first. Many researchers found that English learning environments have positive relationship with learning motivation. Higher motivation, and better learning effects. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between English environment and learning effect. Subjects were 156 students of hospitality, senior citizen service and nursing department of a private junior college in Taiwan. The research instrument included questionnaire for quantitative purpose. All available data were processed by SPSS.
