After analyzing the pros and cons of several risk assessment methods, it focuses on a simple and easy-to-operate environmental factor, factor evaluation method. This method has wide adaptability, does not require high mathematical skills of the operator, and does not require complex tools for initial statistics. Subsequently, for Chinese and Russian related companies, the author gave opinions and suggestions on avoiding and reducing environmental risks. Finally, it summarizes the role of corporate environmental risks in sustainable development. Abstract
