The results of the research found that the study showed that the application of the civil servant code of ethics could be implemented quite well by the state apparatus in theRegional Secretariat but could have been more optimal. Enforcement of the Code ofEthics for employees who commit violations can be subject to moral sanctions made in writing and stated in a closed or open manner by the Civil Service Development Officer and administrative sanctions such as verbal reprimands. The inhibiting factor in applying this code of ethics is that employees need more discipline and awareness.
