Besides, the evaluation of technology innovation project must conform to the requirements of low-carbon economy. Secondly, build the technology innovation project evaluation index system based on low-carbon economy, selecting four indicators to measure the feasibility of technology innovation project, including waste emissions, energy consumption, economic efficiency and innovation ability. Abstract

Low-carbon economy has become the main mode of development that the whole world countries have been promoting. The evaluation of enterprises’ technology innovation project should be considered low-carbon economy requirements. This paper firstly analyses the relationship between low-carbon economy and technology innovation and technology innovation project. It follows that technology innovation is the way of promoting enterprise development mode transformation successfully.
