This paper focuses on how to further reveal the regional differences and sources of the overall and various subsystems on the basis of scientific and accurate measurement of rural revitalization and the level of each subsystem, so as to provide value for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and promoting common prosperity. This article summarizes the research methods of numerous scholars in the existing field, constructs a rural revitalization evaluation index system from five aspects: industrial prosperity, ecological livability, rural civilization, effective governance, and affluent living. Abstract
