Abstract

The main aim of this article is to shows a sample of conclusions based on conducted research that show what the biggest deficits in the area of human capital there are these days. Increasing the quality of human capital is a challenge not only for companies but also for the regional development. Investing in its quality must be made within the framework of strategies based on thorough diagnosis and real needs.
