The Computer–Assisted Web Interview (CAWI) was utilized for this purpose. The statistical analysis of the study results was conducted using the IBM Predictive Solution 5 package. Abstract

The article’s aim is to determine the importance of organizational learning in the development of employability on the modern labor market in the opinion of surveyed employees.
