A review of the literature on the subject and analysis of the results of the survey were conducted to this end. The first part of the article contains the theoretical characteristics of the relationship between organizational learning and employability. The second part discusses the method and the research sample as well as the results of a diagnostic survey carried out among 184 employees of various organizations from Poland. The Computer–Assisted Web Interview (CAWI) was utilized for this purpose. The statistical analysis of the study results was conducted using the IBM Predictive Solution 5 package.
