Curriculum

Abstract

Activities: (i) research on logic-based knowledge representation in the scope of the Semantic Web focussed on bio-ontologies, granularity, conceptual modelling, and realisation of Ontology-Based Data Access; (ii) teaching, such as MSc course development and teaching, student supervision, and tutorials at summer schools; (iii) organisational activities, including coordinator KRDB seminars, reviewing, and exam committee memberships; (iv) initiation, coordi-nation and research of the project to realise OBDA for horizontal gene transfer.
