Based on this, this paper provides strategies for the positioning and sustainable evolution of tourism destination image from three aspects: holistic tourism, cultural tourism integration and experience tourism. Abstract

基于网络文本的旅游目的地形象研究——以黄鹤楼为例
本文以黄鹤楼为研究对象,采用网络爬虫程序,收集景区官方宣传形象和国内旅游网站社区发布的游客评论内容,结合SPSS/EXCEL统计分析方法和文本分析方法,利用ROST CM6软件对黄鹤楼景区的感知形象和宣传形象进行识别。并进一步运用IPA模型得出宣传形象与感知形象的异同,找出原因。在此基础上,本文从整体旅游、文化旅游融合和体验旅游三个方面提出了旅游目的地形象定位与可持续演变的策略。Keywords-web文本;黄鹤楼;目的地形象;异丙醇
