In recent years, information-based education has gradually become popular, and the methods of applying computer multimedia and network data systems in sports have also been increasingly used, and significant results have been achieved. It has achieved great development in physical education. In physical education, multimedia technology includes the interaction between students, multimedia and teachers, a wide range of information content and good methods of human-computer interaction. Therefore, students' sports data can be fed back in time, and teachers can make targeted plans, thereby greatly training students' sports literacy and achieving the goal of physical education. The main characteristics of education and teaching in today's era are computer multimedia technology and network communication systems, which have a huge impact on students' learning methods. The research purpose of this article is to use the benefits of multimedia technology in physical education in the network data system under the network environment.
