Abstract

The relevance of the article is determined by the changes that have been made to the process of studying the course of social science in middle school, namely the transfer of topics related to legal issues to the 7th grade, which poses the problem for the teacher of adapting complex aspects of social science education to new conditions. The article reveals the features of studying the topic «Family law» at the level of basic and secondary general education, and also demonstrates the effectiveness of using practical tasks and cases to achieve educational results.
