Abstract

The paper investigates the use of function of measurement of microprocessor-based protective relays connected to the protective current transformer for the energy management purposes. Accuracy of protective current transformers for the currents lower than the rated current is measured and analyzed. Based on obtained results, the necessary steps to ensure accuracy of measurements are presented.
