ANALISIS TINGKAT IKLIM KESELAMATAN KERJA PT. TETRA KONSTRUKSINDO PADA PROYEK X BEKASI

Abstract

The safety climate is the workers' perception of policies, procedures and work practices related to safety in the workplace so they can see how important it is to implement safety in a company. PT Tetra Konstruksindo is a company in the construction sector and has never analyzed the work safety climate and project X experienced an increase in accidents. Purpose: This study is to describe the work safety climate based on the NOSACQ-50 method. Methods: This study was a quantitative descriptive cross sectional design based on the dimensions of NOSACQ-50. The sample of this research is the workers of project X Building B as many as 35 respondents by means of observation and distributing questionnaires to workers. Results: the dimensions of commitment and ability of safety management are quite good, the dimensions of empowerment of safety management are sufficient, the dimensions of management justice for safety are adequate, the dimensions of worker commitment to safety are good, the dimensions of worker safety priorities and hazard intolerance are quite good, the dimensions of learning, communication, and good trust , and the dimensions of confidence in the effectiveness of the safety system are quite good.
