The samples of this research were culture-themed literacy books for elementary schools. The data were collected using the literature review, reading, note taking, and interview techniques. The analyzed data were the interview texts in culture-themed literacy books. The date was validated using the triangulation of theories and sources. The steps of analysis consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification.
