Abstract

Russian universities, participating in international rankings, are interested in cooperation with foreign universities. Such cooperation allowed increasing the number of summer and winter schools, attracting foreign students, which led to an increase in the budget of universities, their positive perception by foreign companies. In the scientific component, universities were able to attract foreign colleagues for joint work, an important factor is the return of some Russian scientists from abroad.
