En este sentido, el objetivo de este trabajo es medir el nivel de competencias actitudinales y pedagógicas sobre TIC de los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Mario Cobo Barona de la ciudad de Ambato-Tungurahua en el periodo académico 2020-2021, así mismo se verifica si existe relación entre estos dos tipos de competencias. Los resultados estadísticos arrojaron una media aceptable. Abstract
La adaptación acelerada a una educación virtual a causa de la pandemia (Covid-19), ha demandado fortalecer las competencias sobre TICS de los docentes para lograr los objetivos de aprendizaje, reestructurar las estrategias y apoyarse principalmente de la tecnología. En este sentido, el objetivo de este trabajo es medir el nivel de competencias actitudinales y pedagógicas sobre TIC de los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Mario Cobo Barona de la ciudad de Ambato-Tungurahua en el periodo académico 2020-2021, así mismo se verifica si existe relación entre estos dos tipos de competencias. Los resultados estadísticos arrojaron una media aceptable. Además, mediante la correlación de Pearson se demostró que la relación entre las competencias de estudio es robusta.

ABSTRACT
Accelerated adaptation to virtual education due to the Covid-19 pandemic has required strengthening the ICT skills of teachers to achieve learning objectives, restructure strategies and rely mainly on technology.
