Abstract

Single user based distributed energy system limits the economical use of energy, but this limitation can be solved with the energy network. This planning method sets up the model, which aims to reduce the annual cost (includes the costs of equipment, operation, maintenance, fuels and carbon tax) to complete the optimization of device configuration. A mixed integer linear programming model is established to determine the energy system combination, develop running strategy and build the energy transmission network.
